3rd grade students brought the learning from the classroom out to Four Lakes with the Department of Natural Resources. We learned about fish native to Northern Illinois and even caught a few!

This Friday’s Reward Celebration will be a Fall Festival featuring bounce houses, exciting games, photo booths, and open gym time!

Please remind your students to come to school on time each day, stay focused on learning, and show their best behavior so they can participate in the celebration.

Last Friday, RPS 205 School Board Vice President Nicole Bennett visited West View Elementary. She was the mystery reader for Ms. Schiro's first grade classroom.

Join us for the Boo Bash this Thursday 10/30 from 5-7 pm. This is a fundraiser for our school store and Friday Rewards.
This event is CASH only.
Students are $2 and chaperones are free. There will be candy, pizza, and water for purchase.

3rd graders celebrated the end of their CKLA Unit 1 with classic tale fun! They enjoyed a picnic just like their friends Rat and Mole. They also tried the British game “Skittles” which is similar to bowling.
